Engagement Manager

The Engagement Manager will act as the face of the organization and will be at the heart of what Triangle Insights Group does. The individual will lead the day-to-day interaction with our clients, develop the approach and scope of the project work to be performed, draw upon their extensive knowledge and experience to make key project decisions, and supervise and mentor the project engagement team.

In other words, the Engagement Manager is the main point of contact between our client and our team of consultants. This individual is the person responsible for managing the relationship with our client and monitoring consulting services delivery throughout the consulting engagement. In addition, the Engagement Manager may be expected to identify further consulting opportunities as services to the client.

Profile of the Ideal candidate

  • 1+ year of experience managing consulting projects within the life science industry
  • 3+ years post-MBA strategy consulting experience
  • MBA from a top 25 business school
  • Graduate or undergraduate degree in the life sciences
  • Highly motivated candidates with strong critical thinking skills, keen attention to detail, proficient written and oral communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • A focus on client service and delivering high quality work output.
  • A commitment to the highest level of integrity and business ethics.
  • Up to 20% travel requirement.

Compensation

  • Competitive Base Salary – commensurate with qualifications and experience; reviewed for merit-based increases on a semi-annual basis.
  • Equity track position.

Strategy Consultant

Consultants will have the ability to immediately contribute to project execution and management. Working closely with Partners and Analysts, Consultants will be responsible for identifying business critical issues, synthesizing key project findings, and translating those findings into strategic recommendations. We offer a unique opportunity to gain visibility with executive-level decision makers from day one.

Position requirements include the following:

  • Master's degree in business from a top 25 business school and at least two years of experience in management consulting or two years of experience within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
  • Graduate or undergraduate degrees in the life sciences a plus
Strategy Analyst

Analysts will be charged with assisting in the execution of key project activities. Working closely with Partners and Consultants, analysts will be responsible for developing the supporting analysis from which project recommendations and conclusions are based. We offer a unique opportunity to gain visibility with executive-level decision makers from day one.

Minimal position requirements include the following:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a science-related discipline or business field
